One thing when we were looking at homes 4+ years ago that we never thought about was the need for a true "entryway." We loved how when we walked into our home we had a cathedral ceiling, open living room/dining room area, and lots of light. One thing we didn't think about: hats, gloves, shoes, a place for mail, umbrellas, purse, keys...and no hall closet! What the heck were we thinking? Buyers remorse I guess....
