This weekend in Portland was unexpectedly cool (almost a prelude to fall) and it felt nice to take some long naps, hit the play park, and do some little projects around the house.
We are finalizing our paint colors and several rooms are doing "dark." I showed Jeremiah some inspiration of darker rooms and soon enough he was convinced that dark was the way to go. Since it rains so much in Oregon you have to be careful about choosing darks because you don't want it to be too depressing, and to be honest I am not good at picking paint colors. Hopefully these little beauties get us in the right direction...
